Article 1 - Length of Stay

The client booking and paying a permit for a fixed period shall in no circumstances invoke any right to tenure .

Article 2 - Validation of a reservation

The stays are secured only by the receipt of full payment of the reservation online through paypal or credit card by paypal system or bank transfer.

And after receiving an email from us with the dates of stay and room or studio specified ( email server or manual)

It is from the collection of booking the reservation will be closed, we must pay 50% for to reserve and 50% before the date of arrival . The payment is made constitutes acceptance of these terms of sale.

Article 3 - Cancellation by the client

• If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the stay, the amounts paid are returned to the client with a charge of 10 % for administrative costs .
• If cancellation occurs between 59 and 31 days before the stay, the amounts paid are acquired to the owner.
• If cancellation occurs between 30 days and 8 days before the arrival date , the amount paid shall be returned to the customer with a retention of 70%.
• If cancellation occurs within 7 days before the arrival date , the amounts paid are forfeited to the owner
• If the client does not manifest 19 hours before the scheduled day of arrival , this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of its rooms and studio. The deposit remains with the owner.
• In case of shortened stay , the price reflects the cost of the accommodation is fully booked the owner.

Article 4 - Cancellation by the owner

If the owner cancels the stay booked before the start of the holiday , he must repay the amount paid by the customer.

Article 5 - Arrival

Between 16h and 20h , thank you prevent your arrival time to avoid making you wait.

We ask in advance when booking for late arrivals .

Article 6 - Check-out time

The time of departure rooms must be done before 11am.

Article 7 - Changing rooms

Without the customer being entitled to any compensation , the operator reserves the right to change the room originally booked by the customer a room of the same size or larger capacity . In such a case , the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.

Article 8 - Pets

Only small dogs , cats and guide dogs may be allowed on request and with a surcharge. Without agreement on booking , pets are not allowed .

In case of breach of this clause by the client, the refusal to accept pets and owners by the owner of the studio rooms and can not be equated to a modification or termination of the contract by the owner. So that if the client's departure , no refund can be considered.

Article 9 - Lifestyle, use of premises

Compliance with a certain lifestyle is asked all guests to ensure the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its guests . In addition, it is kindly requested not to smoke in the rooms. The customer agrees to abide by the instructions of how to live in the rooms contained in these terms and conditions of sale.

The customer agrees to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare and assume financially , any possible damage that could be responsible. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents who constantly ensure that they do not disturb other occupants.

Article 10

Accordance with the french law of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access and correct data concerning you . We undertake not to pass the information you have provided to other companies or organizations.

Promotional offers are not combinable between them.
